On Wednesday, December 10, 2025, our Grade 8 students put their textbooks aside and set off on an adventure! As part of an educational project designed to enrich their learning experience, a field trip was organized to the Children\u2019s Park and Zoo in Abuja.<\/p>

The aim of the day was to connect scientific theory with real-life experience. The concepts studied, from animal classification to their adaptations, truly came to life.<\/p>

The students were able to :<\/p>

  • Observe directly<\/strong> : to compare the descriptions studied in class with the reality of the animals;<\/p><\/li>

  • To understand ecosystems<\/strong> : to discover the interdependence of species and the importance of biodiversity;<\/p><\/li>

  • To marvel and learn<\/strong> : to spark their curiosity and interest in nature and biology.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
