In French educational institutions abroad, families have to pay school fees for their children. Given the costs of schooling, the public authorities have set up a support scheme in the form of scholarships. ​

The awards are reserved for French nationalities ONLY residing with their families (at least one parent) in the country who are on the register of French nationals outside France.

The scholarship application file must imperatively be submitted within the deadline set by the diplomatic or consular post.
