The Marcel Pagnol French School Abuja is proud to present Miss Iyene Essien, 9th grade student and junior golf champion in Nigeria. From the very young age of 5, Iyene started training in golf. It was at the age of 11 that she represented Nigeria internationally at the All Africa Junior Golf Challenge 2019 in Gaborone, Botswana where she was the team captain. Iyene is also a good student at school.
