On Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 April, two online chess tournaments in which our students participated took place:

The first was a tournament of AEFE establishments in the Central African Zone which brought together 88 students.

Our students have again distinguished themselves; thus Abonde Ndahayo, class of 6è ranked 2nd and undefeated !!!!

Yorgui El Alam, CM2 came in 3rd place.

The other students of the school also performed very well.

The second tournament on 18th April was a tournament organised by the French Chess Federation which brought together 561 young and adult participants from all over France and the volunteer AEFE establishments.

Once again our students behaved magnificently; Abonde Nadahayo, 6th grade class finished the competition in 232nd place, Mamadou Fall, 5th grade class, in 334th place !! Naï and Yorgui El Alam as well as Marie-Paule Hountondji, 5th grade also performed well.
